2022 KCSE certificates are available for collection, according to KNEC.
Every student who took the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) in 2022 has been instructed by the Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) to pick up their certificates from their individual institutions.
According to the exam body, the certificates have been sent to the schools where the applicants took the 2022 exam.
All qualified candidates’ 2022 KCSE exam certificates have been sent to schools via the sub-county director of education offices in each area. KNEC stated on X that candidates and their parents/guardians are hereby requested to pick up the certificates from their respective institutions as soon as possible.
KNEC advised anyone with questions to contact them via the Query Management Information System (QMIS) online and to do so no later than 30 days following the certificates’ distribution.
“Inquiries concerning examination results or certificates must be made no later than thirty (30) days following the date of delivery. A cost of Sh5,000.00 will be assessed, which must be paid using the Paybill number that QMIS generates following application verification. The examination authority stated that hard copy certificate queries will not be accepted.
KNEC stated that candidates will not receive the document if they have not provided passport-size photos before the deadline for printing.
Before the certificates are issued to the owners, examination center managers must double-check the following details: the gender of the candidate, the school code, and the correct names of the center and the candidate.
They should also examine the candidate’s passport-size photo, the hologram’s embossing, and the printing quality to make sure the certificate is in good condition and hasn’t faded or smudged.
The center managers are responsible for making sure the passport-size photo that is embossed on the candidate’s certificate matches the one that was sent to KNEC when the candidate registered.
Exam center managers are responsible for making sure that the quantity of certificates given to candidates who meet the requirements is as specified in the checklist that is given for each exam center and each candidate.
Center managers must fill out an acknowledgement form, note any differences, and send it to KNEC via the SCDEs’ offices.
