Public Service Commission Shortlisted Candidates For May 2024 Interviews.
In accordance with Article 233 (5) & (6) and Section 15(1) and (2) of the Public Service Commission Act, 2017, the Public Service Commission is tasked with appointing a qualified individual to serve as the Secretary to the Commission through an open, transparent, and competitive recruitment process.
On 3 April 2024, the Commission advertised the vacancy for the position of Secretary/Chief Executive Officer in the print media and on the Commission’s website, inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates interested in being considered for appointment.

Important Information for Shortlisted Candidates:
- Interviews will be conducted at the Public Service Commission, Commission House, Harambee Avenue, Nairobi, on the specified dates and times.
- Candidates are required to arrive at the venue at least fifteen (15) minutes before the scheduled interview time.
- Shortlisted candidates must bring original copies of the following documents:
- National Identity Card
- Academic and professional certificates and transcripts
- Any other relevant supporting documents and testimonials
- Current and valid clearances from the following bodies:
- Kenya Revenue Authority
- Higher Education Loans Board
- Registered Credit Reference Bureau
- Directorate of Criminal Investigations (Police Clearance Certificate)
- Printed Online Self Declaration Application Acknowledgement Receipt or Self-Declaration Form duly stamped for this job application by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission
- Letter of recognition of qualifications from the Commission for University Education (CUE) for candidates with degrees from foreign universities
- Recommendation from relevant professional bodies and associations (where applicable)
Public Participation: Members of the public are encouraged to provide any credible information of interest regarding the shortlisted candidates (through sworn affidavits). Submissions must be received on or before 20 May 2024.
