However, Primary Teachers II who are paid Ksh. 22,793 are probably going to be paid Ksh. 28,491.
In addition to other roles, the salary includes that of Senior Lecturers, Senior Masters, and Deputy Head Teachers.
Also take note of the commission’s additional provisions, which offer teachers increment and reimbursed allowances.
Both of the compensatory allowances are paid by TSC as part of the monthly salary.
Teachers who apply are also eligible for reimbursable allowances, which are especially designed to cover per diem quotas and travel expenses.
The 2024 (CBA) phases will assist address the historical problem of teachers’ low increment after they are fully implemented.
