TSC publishes programs for evaluating teacher effectiveness.
Timelines for teachers to complete the Teacher Performance Appraisal and Development (TPAD) tasks for Term Two have been provided by the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
Instructors were instructed to turn in their official paperwork by the conclusion of the first week of classes, which was this past week.
TSC has instructed the instructors to conduct lesson observations between the second and tenth week of the term in order to identify and record the teachers’ professional gaps.
Throughout the whole term, from the first week to the very last, teachers will engage in professional development activities to fill in any gaps in their knowledge.
Throughout the term, there will be activities such as internal monitoring and evaluation of the TPAD process implementation; curriculum support officers, sub-county directors, and county directors will monitor the TPAD process implementation at the zonal, sub-county, and county levels.
Additionally, throughout the term, TPAD data and evidence will be uploaded. By the term’s end, the TPAD rating meetings will be completed.
Teachers were instructed by TSC to use the updated TPAD online system to upload all of their TPAD activities for the second term.
