TSC Talks, teachers receive a 16–32% pay increase-SRC.
Teachers Receive 16-32% salary increment, The Salaries and Remuneration Commission has officially provided dates for the announcement of wage increases for TSC Teachers.
Teachers won’t have to be concerned about missing out on wage increases because to this concept.
This is due to the fact that instructors were expected to be aware that the collective bargaining agreement for 2021–2025 had not yet been fully finalised and agreed upon.
However, Lynn Mengich, the head of the Salaries and Remuneration Commission, has spoken out in favour of teacher pay increases.
She stated that the committee is closely considering the compensation recommendations made by the Teachers Service committee.
When everything is finished, she stated, she would offer her concluding recommendations regarding the issue.
It appears that TSC seeks a basic wage rise of between 16 and 32% based on the ideas. Classroom teachers should make the most of the improved benefits with this number and these approaches.
If the plans are accepted by the Salaries and Remuneration Commission, teachers will be able to earn a lot of money in the following ways.

Between B5 and C3, all school instructors will receive a pay increase of up to 30%.
The final recommendation on planned compensation hikes for teachers will be made public before July of this year, according to the chair of the Salaries and Remuneration Commission.
She advised instructors to take their time and wait until they had given the issue their full attention before reading the commission’s final report.
The SRC advisory will be in charge of determining how much tutors in Kenya should be paid after the final recommendations are released.
The new Collective Bargaining Agreement, CBA is being written by the Teachers Service Commission, which has recently drawn criticism from the Kenya Union of Post-Primary Education Teachers for its pace.
