TSC’s 2024 pay breakdown for new teachers by job group.

Salary Breakdown for New Teachers at TSC In Kenya, the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) is in charge of the educational system and plays a major role in hiring, assigning, and distributing teachers’ salaries based on pay grades.

Additionally, the commission oversees the correct management of instructors in public schools.

Consequently, TSC develops the grading system and compensation scale for teacher registration.

The TSC wage structure for teachers in 2024.

The employer of teachers compiles a list of the salary increases for various instructors based on their job categories.

Teachers in elementary and secondary schools are covered by the remuneration.

The second phase will begin in 2024 following the first phase’s compensation scale adoption, which began on July 1, 2023.

The second phase, which is set to begin on July 1, 2024, will be implemented by TSC, and this increment will only take into account teachers who are presently employed.
